Close to the boardwalk and has a warm indoor pool that's nice for families. The elevators are really slow and often crowded, be prepared to wait. There’s a fun game room too, but watch out for hidden fees.

Honestly, waiting over half an hour for an elevator was ridiculous. Only two worked, and guests were crammed in like sardines. It felt like a scene out of a comedy, but trust me, it was just frustrating.

The rooftop bar is a highlight with amazing views. The elevators were slow during peak times, which was frustrating. Enjoyed the game room, but it seemed a bit neglected. Staff was friendly and responsive, which helped.

The room had a beautiful design but was not well maintained. The air conditioning turned off when we left, making it uncomfortably hot upon return. The bed was cozy but the sheets had multiple tears. Noise from the two elevators was disruptive, especially early in the morning. The refrigerator was unplugged and leaked across the floor. A musty smell lingered, and dust collected in the bathroom vent. The Jacuzzi tub overflowed despite attempts to regulate it. Staff did respond, but the lack of promptness complicated issues. The view was nice, but comfort was lacking significantly.

We laughed until our sides hurt, making cherished family memories.
For dads it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities.

A well-located hotel, ideal for those attending nearby events. The warm pool is a highlight, perfect for recovery after knee surgery. Staff were professional, making me feel at home, especially when promptly addressing a shower issue. Rooms were clean and of good size, though some furnishings display wear and tear. the elevators were frequently crowded and one night, we faced a malfunction. There’s room for improvement in pool maintenance and amenities; towels were lacking and the pool area could use more supervision. While there’s potential, some aspects fell short of expectations this time around. I look forward to experiencing the southern cuisine restaurant on my next visit.

The Claridge Hotel's prime location, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, is a major plus! Louis from security truly stood out, offering fantastic dining recommendations and ensuring my kids felt safe and welcomed. His warmth added immense value to our vacation experience!

Great beach access and large rooms. Slow elevators made moving around difficult.

Finally made it to the rooftop bar after navigating through the elevators. The breathtaking 360-degree view of the city and the boardwalk was worth it.
I love playing hide and seek with antique elevators. not! .

The circus theme is fun and entertaining for the kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist!
It wasn't inexpensive but I think it's worth it for the experience.

I absolutely loved the sea view room; the upgrade was so worth it! The rooftop bar had stunning views that were perfect for sunset. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away, making every moment feel like a summer getaway.
Would definitely recommend! 🌟❤️

Rooms feel spacious and have plenty of pillows. The staff is genuinely friendly and quick on their feet, plus the food options nearby are fantastic!
Parking costs an extra $25 a day; that was a bit of a gut punch.

With a nice view of the sea from our room, we found it super easy to stroll to the clean and white beach, enjoying the beautiful promenade along the ocean and discovering local food spots just a few steps away, plus highlights like the Absecon Lighthouse and the Steel Pier just a short walk away made our weekend exploration enjoyable; the hotel itself has character, but it could use some updates to the decor and amenities.

The room size was decent, with a lovely ocean view, but cleanliness was a major letdown—roaches and an unclean fridge? Yikes. Convenient dining options and easy access to the casino were a plus, but I waited ages for the elevators. Customer service was hit or miss; while some staff were lovely, others were unprofessional. The pool was warm, but it unexpectedly closed for the weekend. Check-in took too long, and a strange smell lingered in the hallways. It had potential, but too many issues overshadowed the good moments.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Great location close to the boardwalk. Fast and free wifi included, which was a plus for staying connected.
Not enough towels provided, especially during busy times. Slow elevator service, with long wait times.

Had a great stay overall! The location was spot on, close to everything. The property had a beautiful appearance and the staff at the 20’s restaurant provided excellent food and service. The pool was a highlight, absolutely amazing!
There were some downsides. The rooms showed wear and tear, not quite worth the high price tag.

So, my experience at The Claridge was a bit of a mixed bag. The room itself was quite spacious, which was a plus. the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom sink and bathtub drains were clogged, making it unpleasant to shower in standing water. Not the most pleasant experience, to say the least. On the upside, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond when we requested a room change due to the issues we encountered. Kudos to them for their prompt assistance. Now, onto the amenities. The room lacked basic essentials like soap in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. The heating didn't seem to work properly, as the room was freezing despite adjusting the thermostat. The refrigerator in the room was dirty and had a sour smell, which was off-putting. On a more positive note, the staff did try to address our concerns by offering a room change. the replacement room had its own set of issues, including another clogged shower and broken furniture. In terms of value for money, I must say that the experience fell short of expectations. The hotel's advertising may have painted a different picture, as the reality did not align with the amenities provided.

Close to the beach, comfortable beds. We experienced check-in delays due to a large conference. However, the friendly staff and convenient parking made our stay enjoyable. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

My friends and I had a blast visiting the Atlantic City Comedy Club inside the hotel – non-stop laughs! After that, we hit up the Bally's Casino for some wild fun – so convenient being connected.
Wish there were more late-night party options for us young folks to keep the energy going! .

stayed at Claridge steps from the Boardwalk. room was clean and nice. staff super friendly and helpful. kids arcade and swimming pool inside hotel. not a casino hotel; Bally’s located on second floor. would stay here again. clean rooms. quick elevators. quick check-in. lovely lobby experience. historic stay. Starbucks in lobby. indoor path through Bally's to the boardwalk.
No complaints 😊

The waiting time for check-in and check-out was fast and efficient, and the staff was pleasant. The hotel was overall clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal, close to the beach and other casinos. The breakfast was great, although a bit pricey.
The pool was only open for limited hours, and we had to waste time waiting in a long check-in line. The surrounding areas of the hotel were not well-maintained, with trash and druggies on the streets.
